Our products can be returned within 7 days on receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The product is in its original tags and packaging
• The product isn't used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

I want to change my order
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once It has been shipped, this includes the following:
• Changing the item or size
• Delivery | billing address
• Adding items to your order
• Shipping method
You’ll need to follow our returns process.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from our warehouse.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team; it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refunds
The process for refunds is dependent on the following eventualities:

1. The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
If we send you the wrong product, we will bear the cost for it's return to us, and the subsequent replacement of the product.
- You must first email orders@marshmellowgear.com with your order number, and we will arrange for collection of the product sent in error within 48 hours of you reporting it to us. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will also arrange to ship out your replacement product within our standard delivery guarantees for your region.
- You may also request a refund in the event you do not want the product to be replaced. All refunds will be processed on receipt of the product sent in
error, which must be in as new condition.

2. The product is defective.
If we send you a defective product, we will bear the cost for it's return to us, and the subsequent replacement of the product.
- You must first email orders@marshmellowgear.com with your order number, with images, and we will arrange for collection of the product sent in
error within 48 hours of you reporting it to us. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product. You must also detail the defect and supply a
photo of the defect.
- We will also arrange to ship out your replacement product within our standard delivery guarantees for your region.
- You may also request a refund in the event you do not want the product to be replaced. All refunds will be processed on receipt of the product back to us.

3. The product was damaged in shipping.
If we send you a product that you feel has been damaged during transit/shipping, we will bear the cost for it's return to us, and the subsequent replacement of the product.
- You must first email orders@marshmellowgear.com with your order number, and we will arrange for collection of the product sent in error within 48
hours of you reporting it to us. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product. You must also detail the defect and if possible, supply a photo
of the defect.
- We will also arrange to ship out your replacement product within our standard delivery guarantees for your region.
- You may also request a refund in the event you do not want the product to be replaced. All refunds will be processed on receipt of the product back to us.


4. The product is tampered.
If we send you a product that you feel has been tampered with, we will bear the cost for its return to us, and the subsequent replacement of the product.

hours of you reporting it to us. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product. You must also detail the defect and if possible supply a photo
of the defect.
- We will also arrange to ship out your replacement product within our standard delivery guarantees for your region.
- You may also request a refund in the event you do not want the product to be replaced. All refunds will be processed on receipt of the product back to us.

5. Customer changes their mind.
If we send you a product and you would like to return it for none of the above reasons, then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- You must first email orders@marshmellowgear.com with your order number, and we will arrange for collection of the product sent in error within 48
hours of you reporting it to us. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.
- All refunds will be processed on receipt of the product back to us with the original tags and packaging.

Customs & Import Fees
As all orders are currently shipped from India; you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
